The brief was to create an automated house to include integrated C-Bus lighting, central Elan Control System, Multi Room Surround System, Access Control, CCTV and Alarm and Heating Control.
WiFi and Networking was added along with Air Recovery, two Surround Sound Systems that had flush fitting speakers and in ceiling sub woofer.
