Paul installed an Elan Control System with C Bus lighting in the main living areas.
The open plan living area is where the family gather for sociable activities and has a bespoke bar that Paul has used LED lighting to create a very modern feel and ensure its always party time!
HD 8×8 TV Matrix and WiFi distribution was installed throughout, a three metre drop down Acoustic Cinema Screen with a Denon AVR with Sunfire speakers give a great 7.1 Surround Sound. Denon Heos was used to enable streaming audio content in a Multi Room Audio distribution. Control of all the Media and lighting was done by Elan 7” Touchscreens, Elan Intelligent Remote Control and the Elan app on phones and tablets.
In the centre of the home is a roof lantern that Paul has used RGBW (red, green, blue and white) LED lighting around the edges that looks stunning at night.
